David's career began over ten years ago working in the radio and TV industry for Emap Advertising, where he worked with both top tier media and creative agencies and brands like Jack Daniels and L’Oreal. He then moved to head up the agency sales team at mobile company Incentivated, working on award winning mobile campaigns for Strongbow and Virgin Media.

David then moved to MediaCom to set up their mobile division in 2008. He worked on mobile strategy and execution for global brands like Shell, VW, RBS, MARS and GSK and also spent time in other markets advising clients on mobile including P&G in Asia. Following MediaCom he launched a mobile media agency Lucidity in January 2010 and sold this business to Fetch Media in September 2011. He is an active member of the mobile industry and has spent time on the IAB Mobile Steering Group and worked with the MMA and the GSMA. He won an NMA award for his work with Natwest while at MediaCom and an IAB Grand Prix for Carlsberg while at Lucidity Mobile.

David's career started in digital technology working for Hewlett Packard and Fujitsu Siemens delivering complex internet solutions for blue chip clients such as Nestle and VW. He then moved to VMware (an EMC company) where he managed the financial services corporate team. David managed sales at VMware of over $35m and worked with clients such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and JPMC. David and his team were recognised throughout Europe as the top performing EMC team in 2008.

He left the software industry in 2009 after 10 years to launch Lucidity Mobile with Co-founder David Fieldhouse. Lucidity Mobile was a specialist mobile advertising agency, which worked with high street brand clients such as Vodafone, AXA, Harrods & Carlsberg. After nearly 2 years Lucidity Mobile Ltd was sold to media agency Fetch Media. David now concentrates his efforts on driving sales and growth for both Mobile Future Group companies.

Phil’s began his career working as an international marketing executive for Philips Electronics and Samsung for ten years. He specialised in the Far East, marketing semiconductor products for telecoms and computing applications before he moved into developing software for mobile phones.

As a mobile software developer of nine years experience he has a number of industry firsts under his belt, including developing the first applications in the UK to transmit encrypted health data across the mobile GPRS network, peer-to-peer messaging for J2ME handsets and novel advertising solutions for mobile. Phil has authored and been granted a number of international patents in the field of mobile software.
